Bridging the Gap Between Education and the Workforce

Join us for the First Annual Career Tech Ed Golf Tournament!

Thursday November 16th, 4:30-9:00 p.m.

TOPGOLF in Centennial, CO

What is this event?

A night of fun, golfing, and food on November 16th at TopGolf in Centennial to support our Career Tech Ed Program. This is an event for golfers (and non-golfers) of all kinds, where you will be grouped into a six-some to compete in a tournament. You can register as a single golfer or gather a group of friends!

Topgolf is a high tech, covered and climate-controlled driving range, and is perfect for this event. It will be fun for all! You can either use the golf clubs provided, or bring your own - your choice.

Just bring an appetite and a willingness to hear about one of the most innovative schools around.

How Can I Participate?

You can register as a golfer or sponsor this event (or both). Register here. Registration will close on October 31st, or when all spots are filled, so don’t wait to register! You will be asked for your contact information, and if you would like any specific people to be in your six-some golfing group.

What is Career Tech Ed?

Career Tech Ed is a win-win for both businesses and students. Community businesses open their doors for talented STEM-trained students to work in industry through internships, shadowing and mentorship. Likewise, students begin training with industry and are career-ready sooner and stronger.

How can Students Benefit?

Our students are learning both the soft skills so many employers are longing for, as well as business and industry standard knowledge that is preparing them to become leaders in their chosen field. Job qualifications are shifting towards a need for workers who have strong STEM skills, and we want your help creating opportunities for students to gain these skills.

STEM School Highlands Ranch is forging the way for both students and community businesses to come together and prepare for the future of workforce in Denver, today.
