EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Amy Cardinal is in her first year as Executive Assistant to the Chief Innovation Officer at STEM School Highlands Ranch. She joined the STEM team in February of 2025, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in executive support and business operations across a wide range of industries, including government, real estate, construction, and the private sector.
Before joining STEM, Ms. Cardinal held various roles including Executive Assistant, Director of Asset Management, and Business Operations Administrator. Her passion lies in streamlining processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and building strong relationships that foster collaboration and organizational success.
Ms. Cardinal grew up in California and relocated to Colorado in 1991, after a brief time living in Washington state. Throughout her career, she has focused on leadership, service, and continual improvement. She holds a Colorado Real Estate License and is an alumna of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs’s Women in Leadership Program.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs, as well as exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
