Amy Cardinal joined Koson Schools as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer in early 2025, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in executive support and business operations across a wide range of industries, including government, real estate, construction, and the private sector.

Before joining Koson, Ms. Cardinal held various roles including Executive Assistant, Director of Asset Management, and Business Operations Administrator. Her passion lies in streamlining processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and building strong relationships that foster collaboration and organizational success.

Ms. Cardinal grew up in California and relocated to Colorado in 1991, after a brief time living in Washington state. Throughout her career, she has focused on leadership, service, and continual improvement. She holds a Colorado Real Estate License and is an alumna of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs’s Women in Leadership Program.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs, as well as exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
