Chris Damour

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES

Chris Damour joined the STEM School Highlands Ranch leadership team in November 2024 as Director of Facilities. He brings over two decades of experience in construction, landscaping, and facilities management to the role.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from MSU Denver. His 42-year career spans project and business management across the construction and landscape industries, with 18 of those years dedicated to facility operations and leadership. Prior to joining STEM, he served for seven years as Director of Facilities at Valor Christian High School and spent nine years managing an inner-city ministry and its property.

Chris applies his deep expertise in construction practices, mechanical systems, and property maintenance to help reshape and upgrade the STEM campus. He is passionate about the unique challenges of the educational environment and is committed to delivering high-quality leadership and support to school leadership, staff, students, and families.

A Colorado resident for 47 years, Chris enjoys the outdoors and leads an active lifestyle that includes powder skiing, hiking, trail running, biking, camping, paddleboarding, and working out. He has lived in the Highlands Ranch community for 28 years and is the proud father of three adult children who were raised in the area.
