Middle School Workshop

Description of event:
All current STEM 5th grade students are invited to take part in a Middle School Workshop, to help with the transition to middle school, for the 2019-2020 school year! During this time, students will be provided with some very useful information:
- A Review of Required Courses for 6th Grade
- MS Course Progression
- What the Block Schedule and a Sample 6th Grade Schedule Looks Like
- Teacher Expectations
- Enrichment Program Offerings
- MS Counseling Program and the Role of the School Counselor
- Very Important People to Get to Know
Students will also take part in activities that will allow counselors the opportunity to learn more about them!
There will be sessions on the following Mondays: 4/1, 4/8, 4/15 and 4/22. Each session will cover the SAME information. Please sign your student up for ONE SESSION ONLY.
