Roaring '20s in 2020!

Description of event (include a full description so that an outside person looking in can get a clear understanding) *

STEM Seventh Graders are invited to a "Roaring '20s" themed party after school on February 13th. There will be flappers, their fellas and plenty of fun - games, drinks, snacks, music, and silent films to watch. The party will be held shortly after school that day - from 3:30 to 5:00 in the MS Cafeteria. So, brush up on your '20s trivia, practice your Charleston or Lindy Hop for the dance floor, and plan to meet your 7th grade friends there. School appropriate "1920s attire" is welcome but not required to join us. Finally, although we love our other middle school grades, this social event is only for 7th graders. See you there!

3:30 to 5:00 (with half an hour prep and clean up - so fully, 3:00 to 5:30)

No cost I can think of - STEM equipment only for video, music, etc. Will have sign-up for parents to contribute snacks and drinks.

What door should attendees enter through? *

MS Cafeteria (I assume) - don't want them traipsing through the halls.

Where should they park? *

HS and ES side of building - is this feasible?

Mainly trying to reserve location currently. Would happily follow your advice in respect to best communication channels to share this announcement on (I chose a few, but don't know if others would be better)
