First STEM School Student Accepted to U.S. Air Force Academy

Congratulations to Senior Alison Thompson For Becoming the First STEM School Student Ever Accepted to a U.S. Military Service Academy

Congratulations to STEM School senior Alison Thompson who has been accepted to the U.S. Air Force Academy! As previously announced, she received a nomination to the U.S. Naval Academy from U.S. Representative Mike Coffman and a nomination to the U.S. Air Force Academy from U.S. Senator Cory Gardner. This marks the first time a STEM School Highlands Ranch student has ever been nominated or accepted to a U.S. Military Service Academy. Alison plans to major in Mechanical Engineering and then go on to either be a pilot or a cybersecurity officer. Way to go Ali!
