About Me

Welcome to Mrs Tracey's 4th Grade page! Formally known as Miss Hutton (I just got married this summer! So fun!)

I am looking forward to working with you and your child this upcoming school year. My teaching style is very creative, innovative, hands-on and collaborative.

I graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. This will be my 7th year teaching. I have taught 1st grade and this will be my forth year teaching 4th! This is my 3rd year working at STEM School Highlands Ranch and there is no place I'd rather be teaching. I feel very blessed to work here and be a part of the future of education.

I was born in Nebraska and grew up in Wyoming as well as Colorado. When I was younger, I spent countless hours helping my mom in her 1st grade classroom. I loved it and thus it became a fitting career.

I am passionate about travel. I have been to 26 different countries through volunteering, and teaching. My most fond experience was teaching in an elephant village in India. In my free time I also like to spend time with my family, hike, run, go to concerts, sing and dance.

I have a feeling this is going to be the BEST year yet! ;)
